Leaves are cut from sheet hammered in to shape than
attached to hammered stems. Once soldered together the
leaves are textured for the forth round of hammering.
Construction is just half of the process. Once completed the metal is cleaned of oil, oxidation, and textured
evenly. Now the piece is ready for patina work of a combination of traditional patinas and over
20 layers
of thin acrylic washes to produce the final look.
All jewelry is hand fabricated. This is a process that starts with a piece of metal that is then hammered, welded, and soldered to make each piece.  So each of the pieces are an original.
